The system includes department categorization, ticket logging via calls with extension numbers, resolution tracking with timestamps, and file transfer capabilities through QR code scanning for quick uploads from mobile devices. Its user-friendly interface guides users through each step of the process, ensuring seamless issue reporting and resolution.
